Charles J. Schwabe, MPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Memoir Shoppe.  His 35 year career as a senior executive and leader in local government provides demonstrated proven experience in providing human capital solutions to ultra-high wealth families.  His work resulted in two cities receiving awards for municipal corporate excellence, including the first city to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
